Job Title: Receptionist cum IPD Billing Executive Department: Front Office / Billing Salary: Up to 25k CTC/Month Location: Vibrant Hospital Pvt. Ltd. Reporting To: Hospital Administrator / HR Department Working Hours: Rotational Salary: As per hospital norms Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties: Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants courteously. Manage patient registration for OPD/IPD and guide them to the appropriate department. Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Maintain visitor logbooks and ensure security protocols at the front desk. Maintain cleanliness and professional behavior at the reception counter. IPD Billing Duties: Prepare and maintain accurate indoor patient billing (IPD) records. Generate interim and final bills for admitted patients. Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, and diagnostics for service and charge entries. Process payments (cash/card/UPI/insurance) and issue receipts. Update software entries and ensure real-time billing accuracy. Handle queries related to billing and resolve issues promptly. Ensure discharge process is completed with all billing formalities. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream); preference to candidates with Hospital Administration or Accounting background. 1–2 years of experience in hospital reception and billing preferred. Basic computer knowledge and experience with hospital management software (HMS). Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Polite, responsible, and patient-friendly attitude.
