About Us

Sunshine Creative Campus is a premium kindergarten in Yamunanagar dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education in a warm, creative, and nurturing environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive receptionist to be the first point of contact for our school.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome parents, visitors, and children with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure campus entry protocols are followed.
• Manage student attendance records and assist with daily administrative tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate parent–teacher meetings, school tours, and appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and official correspondence.
• Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner.
• Support admissions and CRM team with documentation and data entry when required.
• Communicate important notices and updates to parents as directed by school management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role (school experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and approachable personality.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
