Receptionist

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Handling

• Welcome customers visiting the showroom and guide them to the appropriate sales consultant.
• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor as the face of the dealership.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them to respective departments.
• Provide product brochures, test drive forms, and basic model information to customers.
• Assist in managing customer waiting area comfort and hospitality.

Customer Coordination

• Capture customer details & inquiries and update CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads & appointment scheduling when required.
• Manage test drive bookings and vehicle display coordination.

Administrative Support

• Maintain and update visitor register, enquiry register, and showroom records.
• Assist sales team with documentation (booking forms, delivery checklists, invoices, etc.)
• Handle showroom display materials, brochures, and stock of stationery items.
• Support in delivery day coordination and customer celebrations.

Communication & Brand Representation

• Maintain neat personal etiquette, grooming, and communication standards.
• Provide accurate information and support customer queries politely.
• Coordinate with internal departments like Service, Accounts, and Admin when needed.

Skills & QualificationsRequired

• Minimum +2 / Diploma / Graduate
• 1–2 years experience in front office / customer service (automobile experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (English, Local language)
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry skills)
• Pleasant personality and customer service orientation

Preferred

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Good telephone etiquette & professional attitude
• Time management and teamwork skills

Work Schedule

• Showroom working hours & weekends as per dealership norms
• Flexible availability during special events, test drive campaigns, deliveries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
