Client Communication & Handling Greet all pet parents and visitors warmly and ensure a pleasant front desk experience. Assist clients with registrations, appointment bookings, service inquiries, and billing queries. Maintain professional etiquette and proper decorum at all times. Calls & Follow-ups Receive incoming phone calls courteously and respond with accurate information. Return missed calls promptly and maintain proper call logs. Make follow-up calls related to appointments, vaccination reminders, wellness plans, treatment feedback, and pending reports. Client Management & Coordination Manage daily appointment schedules and coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and pet care teams. Ensure smooth flow between reception, consultation rooms, pharmacy, lab, and grooming services. Handle client concerns or complaints courteously and escalate complex issues to the concerned authority. Records & Documentation Manage emails professionally and reply or forward to relevant departments. Maintain accurate client records, patient details, invoices, and medical files. Ensure timely completion and organization of digital and physical records. Wellness Plans & Service Communication Clearly explain hospital services, wellness plans, packages, offers, and membership benefits to clients. Help clients understand procedures, discharge instructions, and follow-up schedules. Hospital Policy & Decorum Uphold hospital protocols, confidentiality, and discipline. Ensure safety standards and proper interaction with pets inside hospital premises. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
