Receptionist

Client Communication & Handling

• Greet all pet parents and visitors warmly and ensure a pleasant front desk experience.
• Assist clients with registrations, appointment bookings, service inquiries, and billing queries.
• Maintain professional etiquette and proper decorum at all times.

Calls & Follow-ups

• Receive incoming phone calls courteously and respond with accurate information.
• Return missed calls promptly and maintain proper call logs.
• Make follow-up calls related to appointments, vaccination reminders, wellness plans, treatment feedback, and pending reports.

Client Management & Coordination

• Manage daily appointment schedules and coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and pet care teams.
• Ensure smooth flow between reception, consultation rooms, pharmacy, lab, and grooming services.
• Handle client concerns or complaints courteously and escalate complex issues to the concerned authority.

Records & Documentation

• Manage emails professionally and reply or forward to relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate client records, patient details, invoices, and medical files.
• Ensure timely completion and organization of digital and physical records.

Wellness Plans & Service Communication

• Clearly explain hospital services, wellness plans, packages, offers, and membership benefits to clients.
• Help clients understand procedures, discharge instructions, and follow-up schedules.

Hospital Policy & Decorum

• Uphold hospital protocols, confidentiality, and discipline.
• Ensure safety standards and proper interaction with pets inside hospital premises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
