Receptionist – Join Our Export House Team

We are a reputed and fast-growing export house seeking a smart, organized, and well-presented Receptionist to manage our front desk and ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and have a natural flair for communication and organization, we’d love to meet you.

Position: ReceptionistQualification: Graduate (any discipline) Experience: 5 years (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply) Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Key Skills & Competencies:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with email, printing, and document handling

· Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking skills - able to manage appointments, calls, and correspondence simultaneously

· Attention to detail with the ability to complete assigned work accurately and on time

· Capable of managing phone calls, emails, and messages with consistency and professionalism

· Skilled at listening carefully, following instructions, and prioritizing tasks efficiently

· Ability to schedule meetings, maintain office calendars, and handle visitor coordination

· Dependable and punctual, with a disciplined approach to daily responsibilities

· Confident and pleasant personality - polite, approachable, and calm under pressure

· Discretion and confidentiality in handling company and client information

· Basic understanding of office administration and record management

· A proactive attitude - willing to take initiative and assist across departments when needed

Primary Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression

· Manage all incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them appropriately

· Maintain a clean and organized reception area and handle incoming/outgoing courier dispatches

· Schedule meetings and appointments, prepare meeting spaces, and coordinate with team members

· Maintain visitor records, attendance logs, and basic filing systems

· Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff

· Monitor office supplies and assist in ordering or restocking as needed

· Prepare daily task reports and ensure timely completion of assigned work
