Role & responsibilities

  • Must be smart and presentable.
  • Greet patients and visitors as soon as they arrive with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Direct patients and visitors to the appropriate person or office.
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct department.
  • Act as help desk for patient queries.
  • Fastest Turn around time possible for every patient.
  • Fastest report delivery to patients any time of the day.
  • Handling medical emergency patients with priority.
  • Ensure no cases are refused.
  • Maintain our policy in Billing/ appointment/ query handling.
  • Maintain our standard of service in dealing with patients.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
