Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception: Greet and manage visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

3. Administration: Manage front desk operations, including maintaining records, filing documents, and performing data entry tasks.

4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and issues in a professional manner.

5. Office Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and office supplies management.

Requirements:

- Graduate degree in any discipline

- 1-2 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
