Job Title: Front Office Executive cum Office Coordinator FEMALE
Department: Administration / HRReporting To: Admin HeadLocation: Okhla Ph 3, Near Modi mill LISTED ORGANISATIONSalary: CTC 30K ( Negotiable )?Job Purpose:To manage the front office operations efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and providing administrative and clerical support for day-to-day office functioning. The role requires a professional, courteous, and proactive approach to internal coordination and visitor management.?Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management Greet and assist visitors, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and courier deliveries. Maintain visitor management system and access control Manage reception area to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure refreshments are arranged.Office Coordination Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal events. Coordinate with various departments (Admin, HR, Accounts, etc.). Maintain records of office supplies pantry and handle requisitions as per requirements. Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and related administrative tasks.Administrative Support Assist in vendor coordination, quotation comparison, and bill processing. Support in organizing office functions, festivals, and corporate events, lunch and food arrangements.?Skills & Competencies Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasing personality with a positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling information Time management and coordination skills?Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration / Commerce / Arts) 25 years of experience in front office / administration / office coordination roles?Work Environment: Office-based role Requires interaction with multiple departments and external.Contact person HIMANSHU +91 75004 58489Email: [HIDDEN TEXT]
