Ensure

Monitor daily production based on demand and
optimize team size

machine utilization

production efficiency

cost optimization
strategies.
Promote a culture of
Continuous Improvement
through:
Kanban
Poka-yoke (Error-proofing)
Process capability enhancement
Plan and execute
training programs
for the shop floor team.
Oversee
performance evaluations
, and manage
awards/reward systems
to boost morale and productivity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
5–9 years of relevant experience in
automotive or manufacturing production operations

Strong understanding of
lean manufacturing practices

quality systems
.
