Job Description

As a Senior Production Engineer at Indian Harness Industries, you will be integral in the planning, optimization, and supervision of manufacturing processes within sheet metal fabrication. Your focus will be on ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality output, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and enhancing sheet metal fabrication processes. - Creating production plans, routing, and work instructions. - Supporting new product introductions and ensuring manufacturability. - Monitoring machine performance and recommending upgrades or improvements. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing. - Proficiency in various fabrication techniques.
