Job Description

🔧 Job Opening: Mass Production Engineer

📍 Location: Chakan, Pune

🕒 Experience: 5 to 9 years

🏢 Company: PPAP Automotive Limited

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the establishment of new products at the Pune plant.
Liaise with OEM customers for New Product Development (NPD).
Improve existing parts to address customer concerns or change requests.
Drive improvements in tooling and processes for enhanced capability.
Plan and implement machine shop floor layouts; establish new machines and conduct tool trials.
Train shop floor teams on quality enhancement and productivity improvement initiatives.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
5–9 years of relevant experience in automotive or manufacturing production operations.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing practices, shop floor management, and quality systems.
