Role & responsibilities

Manage responses from Magic Bricks & 99Acres

Maintain attendance records and data entry

Assist VP with tasks, update property listings

Handle property-related calls, manage key logbook

Track office expenses, courier handling, and document scanning

Coordinate with accounts for invoices and approvals

Assist in recruitment, scheduling interviews

Manage office operations, social media posting, and event coordination

Handle walk-in clients, greet visitors, and oversee office maintenance

Organize meetings, track office stock, and assist in year-end accounts closing

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Qualifications:

Google Apps

Basic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new tools.

English communication skills
