KELVINS GROUP is hiring a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Assist with various clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders for replacements in collaboration with the relevant teams.
Prepare documents, reports, or meeting materials as needed.
