Receptionist

As a Client Service Representative, your role involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of the office and the satisfaction of clients. You will be expected to handle client interactions professionally and efficiently, communicate effectively, schedule appointments, provide administrative support, and ensure the maintenance of the office space. Key Responsibilities: - Greet clients and visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate agents or departments - Provide basic information about property listings and services - Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and respond promptly to emails and inquiries - Maintain a log of messages and follow-ups - Coordinate meetings between clients and agents, managing calendars to avoid conflicts - Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages - Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) - Assist in preparing documents, contracts, and reports - Keep the reception area clean and presentable - Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed - Coordinate minor repairs and equipment servicing Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software - Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude - Prior experience in real estate or administrative roles is a plus - Knowledge of real estate terminology is desirable If you are looking to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, this full-time, permanent position could be the right fit for you.
