Receptionist

Location: Global Skin Care, Murugankurichi, Tirunelveli
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
Experience: 1–3 years front desk; digital EMR/CRM experience required

Role Summary

Own the digital front desk: capture data in EMR/CRM, coordinate patients across consults/procedures, and keep wait times low while communicating proactively on WhatsApp/SMS.

Tech Stack (you’ll use daily)

• EMR/Clinic Software: patient registration, appointments, invoices, consents, file upload (photos/pdfs).
• CRM/Leads: log enquiries, source tags, follow-ups, remarketing lists.
• Token/Queue Manager: generate tokens, reorder priority (emergencies, procedures), display wait time.
• Communication: WhatsApp Web templates, SMS reminders, click-to-call.
• Productivity: Google Sheets (trackers), Drive (documents), email calendar.

Key Responsibilities

1) Data Entry & EMR Accuracy

• Register every patient in EMR with verified mobile/email;
• Attach doctor’s notes, consents, images to the correct visit; maintain naming conventions.
• Update master lists (packages, prices visible to front desk as read-only, if applicable).

2) Queue & Token Management

• Create tokens from appointment list/walk-ins; triage by visit type (first visit, review, procedure, laser).
• Live monitor doctor/therapist room status; resequence to minimize idle time.
• Display and announce wait-time estimates
• Document no-shows/cancellations with reason codes; auto-schedule follow-up calls.

3) Digital Communication & Confirmations

• Use pre-approved WhatsApp templates: confirmation, directions, prep instructions, after-care PDFs.
• Send digital receipts/after-care; share review link; log all outbound in CRM.

4) Reporting & Handoffs

• End-of-day exports: appointments vs show-ups, source-wise enquiries, pending follow-ups.
• Handoff to billing with token ID; no cash handling

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven use of any clinic EMR + CRM/lead tracker.
• Fast, accurate typing and form-filling; comfort with scanners, webcams, and PDF tools.
• Clear Tamil + basic English; crisp phone/WhatsApp etiquette.
• Process discipline; privacy-first handling of patient data.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹19,908.12 per month
