Role Summary: The Front Desk cum Account Executive serves as the communication hub and operational backbone of the clinic. She will manage all front desk activities, client communication and therapist scheduling. She will act as a bridge between the management, therapists, clients, and support staff. Key Responsibilities: ·      Client Communication - Handling incoming/outgoing calls, WhatsApp, social media, resolving queries ·      Appointment & Therapy Scheduling - Managing daily therapist schedules, rescheduling, and cancellations ·      Documentation & Filing - Managing home plans, progress reports, formats & other necessary documentation ·      Coordination - One-stop communication between therapists, operations, management, and parents Required Skills: Fluent in Hindi & English (Verbal & Written) Strong command over MS Excel, Word, Email writing, Google Sheets Polite, soft-spoken, patient, and able to handle multiple queries Organised and able to manage multiple ongoing tasks Strong attention to data confidentiality and professional behavior Well-groomed with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
