Job Description

Customer Service Greet customers warmly and professionally upon their arrival. Ensure customers are directed to the appropriate sales executives based on their needs. Handle initial inquiries about products, services, and ongoing promotions. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment. Administrative Tasks Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable. Answer and route phone calls promptly and professionally. Schedule appointments for customers, especially for custom orders or consultations. Record and manage customer walk-ins and appointment logs. Handle daily data entry, marketing data entry, and submit daily reports to management. Sales Support Assist sales executives by collecting customer contact information and preferences. Maintain promotional materials for customer reference at the front desk. Inform customers about store events, and special offers. Communication & Coordination Communicate customer requirements to the sales and service teams effectively. Act as a liaison between the customers and management for feedback and complaints. Notify sales executives about VIP or priority clients. Security & Compliance Monitor showroom entry and exit, ensuring security protocols are followed. Billing & Payment Support (if assigned)Assist customers with basic billing queries. Direct customers to the cash counter for payments. Customer Relationship Management Maintain a list of returning customers and assist in nurturing these relationships. Collect customer feedback to improve showroom services.
