Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Role:We are looking for a female receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome members and visitors with a positive attitude. Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Assist with new member registrations, payments, and renewals. Maintain attendance records and update member databases. Provide accurate information about gym services, membership plans, and offers. Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and reception area. Address customer queries and escalate issues to the manager when necessary. Skills & Requirements: Female candidate with a pleasant and professional appearance. Proficiency in English (good speaking and writing), Hindi (good speaking), and Kannada  is mandatory. Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service role (preferred but not mandatory). Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, billing software). Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
