Job Description

Role Overview The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role is responsible for managing the reception area, handling inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front-office operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments. Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure adherence to security protocols. Handle front desk activities, including scheduling, courier handling, and managing meeting room bookings. Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Assist in coordinating office operations and facilities management as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Support HR/Administration teams with onboarding activities (ID cards, welcome kits, etc.). Address queries from staff and visitors with courtesy and efficiency.
