Technical Product Development Trainee

Overview: We are seeking a motivated Technical Product Development Trainee to join our product team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in learning the end-to-end process of product development. As a trainee, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and QA teams to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of software products. You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to launch, while learning modern tools, agile methodologies, and product development best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in gathering and analyzing product requirements from stakeholders and customers. Support product managers in preparing product roadmaps, feature lists, and specifications. Work with engineering teams to ensure requirements are translated into technical tasks. Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and product development meetings. Help in creating product documentation, user stories, wireframes, and workflows. Assist in testing product features, logging bugs, and supporting QA teams in validation. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support product decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, engineering, QA, business teams). Document product development processes and maintain repositories. Learn and apply Agile/Scrum methodology in product development activities. Support in preparing product demo presentations and user training materials.
