Job Description

Overview: We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI/ML Trainee Engineer to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to start a career in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience by working alongside senior AI/ML engineers and data scientists on real-world projects. You will assist in data preparation, model development, evaluation, and integration, while continuously learning modern AI/ML practices, frameworks, and tools. Roles & Responsibilities: Work with senior engineers and data scientists to understand project requirements. Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing structured and unstructured data. Support in developing and training machine learning and deep learning models. Experiment with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning approaches. Participate in feature engineering, parameter tuning, and model optimization tasks. Evaluate models using key performance metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, ROC-AUC, etc.). Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems. Research and stay updated with the latest AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and trends. Document processes, workflows, and experiments for internal knowledge sharing. Contribute to code reviews, testing, and debugging under the guidance of mentors. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
