Job Description: Receptionist (Female Preferred)

Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Industry: Manufacturing / Corporate Office / Limited Company

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, maintain call logs, and transfer calls to concerned departments.
• Manage visitor entry, maintain visitor records, and issue visitor passes.
• Handle courier inward/outward, maintain registers and coordinate with delivery partners.
• Manage email communication, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Assist HR/Admin with basic documentation, file management, and office coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline of the front office area.
• Handle basic billing/invoicing or data entry (if required).
• Provide administrative support to senior management.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
• Presentable, polite, and professional behavior.
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, Email, Excel.
• Good coordination & follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and work independently.

Personal Qualities

• Well-groomed and confident female candidate (preferred).
• Positive attitude, reliable, and customer-friendly.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
