Single female between the age 25-35 yrs preferred.

We are seeking a friendly, well-organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle administrative support, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security procedures.
• Handle daily courier, mail, and deliveries.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting areas are well prepared.
• Maintain front office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
• Support HR and Administration teams with clerical and administrative tasks (e.g., filing, scheduling, data entry).
• Assist in organizing internal events or company meetings when required.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration or related field).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a customer-facing role.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Bengali

Pay: ₹8,413.03 - ₹30,697.46 per month
