Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Communication Management: Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as necessary.
  • Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Visitor Management: Maintain a log of visitors and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
