Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Female Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our automobile showroom. As the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while efficiently handling front desk responsibilities and supporting the sales and service departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or personnel (Sales, Service, Finance, etc.).
• Manage the front desk and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
• Assist in managing daily showroom operations and support administrative functions.
• Handle basic queries related to products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely assistance to walk-in customers.
• Manage the distribution of brochures, catalogs, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Education: Minimum High School/Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Experience: 1-3 years of receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience (preferably in automobile or retail industry)
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent in English and [local language]
• Presentable, courteous, and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
