Job Description

ey Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors courteously and guide them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming calls, manage the switchboard, and route calls to the right departments.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure access control protocols.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier/letters.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks like data entry, appointment scheduling, and file management.
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin for meeting room bookings and guest arrangements.
  • Provide general support to staff and management when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati as needed).
  • Pleasant, confident, and well-groomed personality.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle front desk operations smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
