Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to be the first point of contact for students and parents seeking overseas education opportunities. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, manage incoming inquiries, and actively communicate with students to guide them through the initial stages of the overseas admission process. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome walk-in students, parents, and visitors. Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and professionally. Student Communication & Counselling Support: Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads. Provide initial information on courses, countries, universities, and admission processes. Schedule counselling sessions and maintain appointment records. Documentation & Coordination: Assist students with the collection and verification of documents. Help in organizing and forwarding student applications to universities. Maintain and update student records in the system. Support to Counselling & Admissions Team: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and application progress. Support counsellors in profile building and visa documentation processes. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English. Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF tools. Good email drafting and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured, organized manner.
