An Office Administrative Assistant supports daily operations by managing communication (calls, emails, mail), scheduling (meetings, travel), maintaining records (filing, databases), handling supplies, assisting with document prep (reports, presentations, data entry), greeting visitors, and performing general clerical tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and confidentiality for the team or executives.  Key Responsibilities: Communication Management: Answering phones, directing calls, responding to emails, handling mail, drafting correspondence (memos, letters). Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, booking appointments, arranging meetings, and organizing travel logistics (flights, hotels). Office Operations: Ordering supplies, maintaining office cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring equipment runs smoothly. Document & Data Handling: Data entry, creating reports/spreadsheets/presentations, filing (physical & digital), and maintaining databases.
