Job Description

We are looking for a smart and organized Office Admin Assistant for our Chartered Accountants firm in Jaipur. The role involves managing the front office desk, attending client calls and visitors, preparing and maintaining invoices, organizing client files and records, handling accounts receivable, and following up with clients for payments and pending documents. The candidate will also assist the partners and departmental heads in routine office administration and coordination work. Responsibilities: Handle front office and client interactions (in person and on call) Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and client billing records Maintain client files record (physical and digital) and ensure proper documentation Track and follow up on accounts receivable and pending payments Assist in office coordination, scheduling, and internal communication Support daily administrative operations and general office upkeep Requirements: Graduate (B.Com / B.A. / any discipline) 1–3 years of experience in office administration or similar role Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Email handling Organized, responsible, and willing to learn Location: Jaipur (Full-time, Office-based)
