Key Responsibilities:☎️ Telecalling:Make outbound calls to clients for financial and insurance services Explain product details, answer queries, and schedule follow-ups Maintain a courteous and professional tone with all customers Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets 💻 Computer & Back Office Work:Maintain and update client information in databases and CRMs Handle data entry, documentation, and filing of leads and applications Support basic administrative duties related to customer accounts 📊 Reporting:Prepare simple reports on daily calling activity and lead performance Share updates with the reporting manager as required
Role & responsibilities Appoint the Advisors & create/develop down line team. Train them for calling and visit of clients.
