Job Title: Receptionist cum Debt Collection Executive

Department: Administration / Finance
Location: Aeden Fruits International Pvt. Ltd., Kochi
Reporting To: HR Manager / Admin Manager

Job Summary:

The Receptionist cum Debt Collection Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing the front office operations while also handling collection and feedback calls. This role requires a blend of communication, coordination, and professionalism to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely follow‑ups with clients on outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office & Reception Duties:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, courier dispatches, and visitor logs.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front desk and reception area.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, handle incoming mail, and assist with general office administration.

Debt Collection & Client Communication:

  • Make follow‑up calls to customers for overdue or pending payments.
  • Maintain daily records of follow‑up calls, customer commitments, and payment receipts.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams to ensure accurate tracking of outstanding invoices.
  • Manage feedback and service‑quality calls courteously and record client responses.
  • Escalate repeat or critical payment delays to the Finance / Sales department.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in day‑to‑day office operations, filing, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to HR, Accounts, and Management as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Telecaller, or Customer Relations Executive (experience in B2B or accounts follow‑ups preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer‑handling ability.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and professional email handling.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

Employment Type: Full‑TimeWork Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Compensation: As per industry standards and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
