Job Description

As a Front Desk Receptionist at our company, your role will involve overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of office operations. You will be responsible for managing administrative staff, coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and equipment, ensuring adherence to company policies, and handling general office management duties. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise administrative staff and assign responsibilities to ensure optimal performance. - Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and other tasks for upper management. - Handle phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages. - Maintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other relevant data. - Monitor office supplies stock levels and place orders as needed. - Prepare timely reports and presentations/proposals as delegated. - Provide assistance to colleagues whenever required. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as a Front Desk associate, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant. - Familiarity with office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook. - Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced work environment. - Creative thinking ability with a knack for suggesting improvements. In addition to the job description, the company prefers candidates who are fluent in Hindi and English. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the specified location.,
