Role Description

We are looking for a well-presented, organized and proactive

Receptionist cum Admin

to manage front-desk responsibilities and support day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires good communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take messages when required.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and ensure it reflects the company’s image.

Administrative Support

  • Handle daily administrative tasks like filing, printing, documentation, courier management, etc
  • .Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
  • .Assist HR/Admin team with basic tasks — attendance tracking, onboarding support, ID card issuance, etc
  • .Manage office supplies, stationary stock, and maintain inventory records
  • .Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, housekeeping, and repairs
