Job Description

Greeting and Welcoming:Providing a friendly and professional greeting to all visitors, clients, and staff.
Answering Phones:Managing a multi-line phone system, directing calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
Managing Appointments:Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and managing calendars.
Handling Mail and Deliveries:Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages, and arranging for outgoing shipments.
Administrative Tasks:Performing general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Maintaining Reception Area:Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Required Skills:

Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with people.
Customer Service:A strong customer-service orientation to handle inquiries and provide assistance.
Organization:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a tidy workspace.
Computer Skills:Proficiency in using office software and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,702.45 - ₹12,000.00 per month
