Receptionist

Job Summary:

Banyan Paradise Resort, Vadodara is seeking a friendly, presentable, and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience, handling front desk operations, and supporting our commitment to excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a smile and professional attitude.
• Assist with smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage room reservations and cancellations using the booking system.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide accurate information about resort amenities, facilities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping, room service, and other departments.
• Handle basic billing and payment processing at the front desk.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints or escalating issues when needed.
• Follow resort policies, procedures, and grooming standards at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass. Diploma or degree in Hotel Management is a plus.
• Experience: No experience required – Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
