Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in receivables management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the entire receivables process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes.
Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions and interactions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in financial software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in managing and resolving complex customer issues and disputes.
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is an asset.
