Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in receivables management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the entire receivables process, from invoicing to payment collection.
Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes.
Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and interactions with customers.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
