The operations team supports product operations, account opening, trade lifecycle management, reconciliation, systematic rebalancing and reporting across equity, fixed income, ETD, OTC derivatives and foreign exchange products globally. This position will primarily focus on supporting the trade lifecycle including Settlements, Commission Recapture, MIFID/CSDR regulations and Collateral Management. The role will collaborate closely with internal teams at Russell Investments, including portfolio managers, analysts, and traders, as well as external partners such as custodians, counterparties, and brokers, to provide accurate and scalable operational support. Years Of Experience A minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a trading operations capacity within an asset management firm.
