Role & responsibilities

• Client Consultation:

  Meet with clients to understand their needs for buying, selling, or renting properties.

• Property Listings:

  Advertise and list available properties, ensuring high visibility on multiple platforms and networks.

• Market Research:

  Stay updated on local real estate trends, property values, and the competitive landscape.

• Property Showings:

  Conduct property viewings for potential buyers/renters and assist in negotiations.

• Contract Preparation:

  Help clients prepare offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring legal compliance.

• Customer Service:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and follow-up.

• Networking:

  Develop and maintain a broad network of property owners, investors, and other realtors.

Preferred candidate profile
