Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager with hands-on experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—across our retail, residential, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive property sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

• Manage and nurture leads through effective follow-ups and client engagement.

• Conduct client meetings, property visits, and negotiations to close deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and channel partners.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for property listings, promotions, and client requirements.

• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitors’ activities.

• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 4–5 years of experience in real estate sales (retail, residential, or commercial).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Excellent client relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

• Local market knowledge preferred.
