Position: Graphic Designer & Video Editor Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site/Hybrid) Experience Required: 3+ Years Salary: Highly Competitive (Above Industry Standard) Key Responsibilities: Create visually engaging and brand-aligned graphics and video content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube). Develop and execute creative ideas and strategies to enhance social media engagement and audience interaction. Design compelling branding elements including logos, brand guides, promotional materials, and digital assets. Utilize advanced AI tools such as HeyGen, Caption AI, Freepik AI, and other AI-driven platforms to streamline content creation and enhance quality. Edit high-quality videos for diverse formats including promotional videos, social media reels, educational content, customer testimonials, and advertisements. Expertly manage video editing software and tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related plugins. Design and produce professional graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design software. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and tech teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall brand strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally in a fast-paced digital marketing or real estate environment. Demonstrated deep understanding of social media trends, engagement techniques, and content strategies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. Strong branding sense, with experience in creating impactful and cohesive brand identities. Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI-driven creative platforms like HeyGen, Caption AI, and Freepik AI. Exceptional creativity, discipline, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
