Customer Excellence Executive

About the Role

The Customer Excellence Executive is the bridge between Relai and home buyers. This role ensures every customer experiences a smooth, transparent, and supportive journey from onboarding to closing. You will build strong relationships, track customer progress, proactively follow up, and ensure no customer feels stuck at any stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer journey and ensure timely movement across stages.
• Maintain strong, trust-driven relationships through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
• Identify customer issues early, track them, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Keep CRM and tracking tools updated with accurate customer information.
• Represent the customer’s voice within Relai and ensure a delightful experience.
• Share insights and recurring customer pain points with leadership.
• Ensure customers understand the next steps at every stage.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer cases simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with action-oriented follow-through.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and driving accountability.
• Prior experience in customer support or customer success is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• A 2-wheeler and valid driving license required.
