Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with clients, and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (calls, networking, referrals, online platforms).
Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings.
Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and market trends.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

4-8 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

Looking for Team Lead Position or Manger position to manage 15 team members

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations (preferred).
Proficiency in [CRM Software/ MS Office/ Digital Marketing tools].
[License/Certification requirement, if any].
