Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning :- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.

• Sales Performance : Set and monitor individual sales targets, track performance, and analyze sales figures to identify areas for improvement.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients to drive business growth.
• Market Analysis : Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
• Operational Management : Oversee daily administrative, financial, and operational activities related to property sales.
• Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience : Proven experience in real estate sales, with leadership or management experience highly preferred.
• Skills : Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Market Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, industry trends, and principles of sales and customer service.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in CRM software and standard office suites like MS Office.
• Education : A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Real Estate, may be required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹62,943.14 per month
