Real Estate Senior Sales Manager

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate

Experience Required: 5+ years in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Conduct site visits and client presentations to convert leads into sales.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analyses for management review.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client queries efficiently.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or commercial segment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent knowledge of the local property market.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
