Real Estate Salesperson

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling, site visits, and referrals
• Conduct property showings and explain features, amenities, pricing, and terms
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on budget and preferences
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth sales process
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
• Assist clients with paperwork, documentation, and legal compliance during the sale process
• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and legal teams for seamless transaction closure
• Maintain an updated database of available properties and market trends
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay informed about local real estate markets, competitors, and pricing trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales
• Proven track record of successful sales and client handling
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Excellent communication in English and local language
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to travel and conduct on-site visits as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
