Conduct property viewings and explain features, pricing, and terms. Negotiate prices and contract terms between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales closures. Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Provide clients with accurate market insights to support decision-making. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare sales proposals, agreements, and documentation as per company policies. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, online listings, and open house events. Promote properties through social media, advertisements, and other marketing channels. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional post-sale support. Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications. Report progress and market feedback to the Sales Manager or Head of Sales. Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. 1. Primary Goal: Sales Target Achievement Mandatorily achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for property sales (residential/commercial plots, etc.). Consistently work towards fulfilling individual and team sales quotas as set by the management. 2. Client Acquisition & Prospecting Generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, referrals, on-site meetings, and digital marketing leads. Identify and build a robust pipeline of potential clients (investors and end-users). 3. Sales Presentations & Site Visits Conduct persuasive presentations and arrange site visits for potential customers. Effectively explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal details. 4. Negotiation & Deal Closure Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals successfully. Prepare and process sales agreements and other necessary documentation. 5. Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients for repeat business and referrals. Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Market Knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's projects, competitors' activities, and overall real estate market trends. 7. Reporting Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system. Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.
