Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Call the clients for meetings, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable properties.
  • Conduct site visits and effectively showcase project features and benefits.
  • Negotiate deals and drive closures to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or any consultative sales role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
