Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company’s products/services. Convert leads into sales through effective persuasion and relationship-building. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass Proven experience as a telecaller / telesales executive / customer service representative preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, or regional language). Ability to meet sales targets under pressure. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
